Mahiro Oyama, an avid otaku and NEET applicant, awakens after being drugged by his scientist sister Mihari and must now live life as a middle school girl!

Mahiro’s first day at school
Mahiro is anxious about her first day at school and fears being teased. But Momiji and Miyo come to her aid and provide extra assistance during their school day.
Kaede Hozuki is another classmate she befriends who is an exceptional cook and cosmetic user, being grade skipper herself as well as being very intelligent; Mahiro offers tutoring lessons to this woman.
Mahiro visits one of her friends’ homes during winter break for a sleepover and participates in rock-paper-scissors games and scary stories before discussing fashion and hairstyling techniques. When they awakened in the morning they played with dolls and experimented with various hairstyles before playing doll games with each other before practicing various hairdos on one another. Unfortunately on her return to school Mahiro was not allowed into one bathroom due to another girl using it; Mahiro realized she must dress like one in order to dress like one herself.
Mahiro’s first sleepover
Mahiro is delighted when an unexpected message arrives from Momiji on his phone at an inconvenient moment, though he hesitates to open it immediately.
As he considers what action to take, his room becomes filled with the excited chanting of one of the girls wearing their dinosaur costume – who quickly draws Miyo and Momiji away with her magnetic charisma. Miyo looks over at him with unease while Momiji glances over with an uneasy expression on their faces.
Mahiro soon becomes aware that she has been excluded from their game discussion, and joins in, but finds himself unable to keep up. Soon thereafter, an unusual sensation begins tingling between his legs, disorienting her.
Mahiro’s first menstruation
Mahiro wakes up to find that their feminine body has begun producing menstrual blood. After commenting that this felt strange, Mihari suggests Mahiro wear Tampon napkins; Mahiro accepts these reluctantly.
Within a few days, Mahiro begins taking care to bathe and dress herself every day–something she had only occasionally done as a degraded perceived male, preferring instead to stay in her room playing hentai video games or watching yuri anime. Her classmates – Miyo Murosaki who favors sexual affection for herself as well as more unconventional Momiji who appears more masculine – soon take notice of Mahiro’s improved hygiene practices.
Mahiro sports an adorable manga-girl appearance with light gray to white hair that falls in between gray and white hues. Her eyes have light fawn or light brown colorations and small hands, along with even skin tone. She boasts petite bust size (less than that of her tomboyish sister), smaller body frame than usual for female teens and has small nose. Mahiro displays natural sexual drive and arousal levels similar to regular teenage females yet still remains unfully transitioned.
Mahiro’s first Valentine’s Day
Though we would appreciate if the show were more direct in its approach to LGBTQ topics, Mihari may prefer not forcing himself upon them. Still, this episode was charming as Mahiro celebrated Valentine’s Day with his friends; trading chocolate bars and enjoying crepes together before catching two male classmates trying to sneak into an adult section bookstore by giving them chocolate from himself with the promise that it’s for his sister!
Kaede and Momiji greet Mahiro with warm wishes on Valentine’s Day and give him a bag full of chocolate. As she remarks that this type of treat doesn’t come her way often as a girl, Nayuta comes up and tells him about how her classmate Nayuta loves making cosmetics and cooking; she’s Chitose Azuma’s ward but was secretly placed into Mahiro’s class so as to monitor him without her knowing.
